You can restart it immediately and it repeatedly does the same thing.
For what it is worth, if you do this 10-15 times and the tempperature gets over 200 degrees it will sometime stay on and bake normally.
We have tried starting the unit and disconnecting the ribbon cable from the touch board and it still shuts down in 1 or 2 minutes.
