Moorhead, Minnesota | Mp31wor2wh | N/A | Temperature 100 degrees off | Repaired | Corte Madera, California | JRP15WOT1WW | N/A | Bake & broil oven elements do not heat. Resistance of each element is correct. Removed oven control board assembly. Troubleshot relay board. No visible damage, nor visible bad solder joints. U1 ULN2003A driver to Bake/Broil relays appears to drive low side of coil correctly when Bake/Broil light ON. High sides of Bake and Broil relay coils are not getting positive voltage (when Bake/Broil light ON). Q4 Darlington transistor seems to work (as voltage source for high side of relay coils) because:
Holding down Bake button (after temperature SP) will briefly click On the Bake relay. Relay clicks off after a few seconds.
Holding down Broil button (after Hi/Lo SP) will briefly click On the Broil relay.
