Error code F1 and beeping followed and the oven door was locked. Powering off and back on a few hours later did not resolve the issue (though the door did unlock). The buttons on the panel no longer function - pressing any of them causes the Broil button action to occur. The temperature sensor appears to be fine, with a resistance of ~1100 ohms. The stove top is still fully functional.
