Mississauga, Ontario	PER5750QCW	shows 40 when powere	When selecting either bake or broil, relays click a number of times then turns on. Stays that way for about 5 seconds, then the clicking cycle starts again. This happens over and over. element never gets hot. I ordered a replacement relay as the double line relay looked partially melted. installing it had no effect. To rule out an incorrect replacement relay, I removed the bake relay, and put it in place of the double line relay after our discussion. With two original relays, one in the broil position, and one in the double line position still have the same issues. An odd issue with Bake mode - when picking this mode, the oven display shows 100, as the initial temperature, but then immediately jumps to whatever set point the over has, example 350, then beeps to indicate the oven is hot. I did test the temp probe, and it shows 1080 ohms at room temperature. I'm not sure if the oven would normally show "40" when powered - not somthing I remember seeing in the past though.	Repaired
