New Braunfels, Texas | KEBS278DWH6 | N/A | I had the control board rebuilt but the timer has no power. Its blank. | Awaiting receipt of timer | Bothell, Washington | KEBS278DWH4 | Blank screen | The (double) oven quit working before completing a cleaning cycle on the upper oven. The Timer (control panel) was completely blank and the door remained locked. Research suggested that the non-resettable thermal fuse on the back had gone bad, so I ook the oven apart, removed it, replaced the thermal fuse and after confirming that power was flowing through and to all parts of the oven, I put it back together.
The timer (control panel) still remains blank. There is power to the back of it, but none coming through. No codes, no power, so asuming that some type of fuse or capacitator went bad?
Thanks
Gary | Timer inspected, no repairs necessary |
