A check of continuity on the broiler element and connecting wires shows there is continuity, therefore I presume the controller has failed to power-up the broiler element, as well as the self-clean cycle. Intermittently difficult to activate the bake temperature button, but patiently and repeatedly pressing the bake function button has always resulted in successful activation of the bake element, and the bake temperature modulation function works perfectly. Digital display, including clock, timer, and bake temperature abruptly stopped working, requiring this unit to be repaired or replaced, since I can no longer determine the oven temperature setting.
