Peterborough, Ontario	970-687422	F10	The oven was pre-heated to 350 degrees. Upon getting to temperature, the code f10 was then noted. The oven was unplugged and plugged back in, and the oven was again pre-heated to 350. It did not code again, so cupcakes were put inside the oven. In 4 minutes, the cupcakes had fully baked, and were burnt on top. The oven was very hot. Code f10 was again noted, and the oven was again unplugged. We have removed the EOC after talking to you at length that this is in fact our issue. We believe though that the P/N on the actual EOC is 316462702 we couldn't make out the rest of the numbers, but were originally told that it is P/N 316462802. We just want it fixed so that we can once again have an oven that works. The EOC we have currently seems to be burnt, like it shorted out somehow.	Repaired
