The failure reoccurred and I suggested the owner shut off power to the oven for several hours and try again. The same problem once again. I contacted your company and was advised the problem may be in the power supply to the oven. The customer has had the breaker replaced and the oven still has the same fault. Yesterday I saw the fault occur. With both top and bottom ovens turned on the display shows normal operation. Before the set temperature (350 F) is reached the convection fans both stop working (at the same time) and the oven stops heating, even though the display shows normal operation. This customer is in the process of selling their home, with a closing date of June 21 and is anxious to have the problem resolved. I would appreciate your help.	Beyond Repair
