I highly recommend this company to be able to repair machines as old as my 1987 Dishwasher and to know what they are promising - meaning no false promises were made or even hinted at. I described the part and the issue and they knew exactly what they could do, how they would do it and did it. What more can you ask for and what more can I say. | Apr 27, 2020 | Just a quick note to Howard and his colleagues at ApplianceTimers.ca to thank them for the professional and prompt service in repairing the digital timing module for our Kenmore C970-6888301 stove. It is 13 years old and, with Kenmore out of the repair business and Fridgidaire Canada not stocking or making any replacement parts for stoves more than about 5 years old, we were likely stuck with having to get a new stove - just because the oven circuits stopped working. On April 9, Marc (from Reliable Appliance Repair in Calgary) made an urgent service house-call and diagnosed the problem. He then suggested that I try to get the unit repaired. After trying a couple of places in the U.S. and also consulting with Fridgidaire Canada, I wound up finding the website for ApplianceTimers.ca and sent an inquiry to them. On Easter Sunday, Howard replied to my inquiry and indicated that they had the necessary parts and experience and could repair the unit. We exchanged a couple of emails with additional details and then I sent the unit to them via Canada Post's Express Delivery on April 13. They received it on April 20, repaired it by April 22 and sent it back to me via FedEx. It arrived just before noon today. I think that was awesome service! I had a brief telephone call with Marc's colleague who encouraged me to try installing it myself and with Marc's notes, I was able to do that with no problem. We tested all the functions except the self-clean process and everything seems to be working just fine. These are trying times for everyone. None of us needs any more stresses and being able to get our stove working so quickly and so well has relieved a lot of our stresses. Thanks again. Ron Murch |

| Mar 27, 2020 | Bake element would not heat. No codes but replace element. Still didn’t heat. I was very worried when I began searching the internet for a new Control Board/Timer form my 27” Frigidaire Wall Mount Oven. This part has been discontinued and no generic replacement is available. I began looking at new convection wall ovens... $1200-$2000! Ouch! Came across appliance timers.com... long story short, I removed unit (take photos to help with wire sequence), sent and returned by FedEx, all in $350! Save $1000+. Clock is brighter and touch sensitivity is way better and oven is back in working order! More than satisfied. Jeff |

I contacted Appliance Timers and they gave us excellent instructions on shipping it to them, they repaired it and shipped it back very quickly saving us literally between 3 and 4 thousand dollars. We have an old stove in our cottage and didn't want to spend the money and time to replace the stove/oven when the timer recently died after a power surge. We removed the damaged timer, sent it via post to Quebec, and it seems like I had it back within a week. We installed it this past weekend and my eyes lit up when the power came on. | Dec 27, 2017 | The first sign of trouble was that the display was getting so dim that we could hardly read it. Then the broiler quit - element continuity tested OK. Then the main element quit - element continuity tests OK I tested both where they plug on to the elements and was expecting 220V but got nothing. I found ApplianceTimer.com online and was able to get a rebuilt timer. The website was easy to follow, the parts came quickly, they are installed and working well. The only part I did not like was the cost of shipping - it cost me $20 to get a $50 core refund. Cecil Cowie |
