the probe on light is on and will not go off, which means we can't use the oven. we don't even have a probe and don't know how this light came on. how do we shut it off? we tried turning off the power, to no avail

HAVE A KITCHEN AID SUPERBA Replaced control board 260.00 today husband, installed, error code F2 E1 won't clear. First when you turn power on it comes up (PF) then acts like it wants to work,then door acts like it wants to lock on oven and it goes to F2 E1 in the clock window and nothing else comes on. The burners all work I have used them the past two days until I could get the control board. Now I have a new control board and no oven working.

Door Locked on and can't remove after water spill I have a KitchenAid self-cleaning eliectric oven KESH307 HBS5. A lobster pot overflowed and wet the glass control panel. Now the Door Locked displays and the over door won't open and I can't turn it off. Also the display panel looks like it has cobwebs on it. When it was wet, I could see the water in the display and now that it dried, it has this pattern like a cob web or something. Please let me know what to do. Thanks!

My KESH307 has a three wire plug with ground but my wall outlet is only 2-110 V's with a ground wire. I assume the white wire is a neutral? What kind of wall plug should I get?
