I have a 10 yr. old GE Electric oven. The oven suddenly stopped working or works intermittently. The range top (smooth top) works and so does the broiler. The lower heating element in the oven seems to get warm, but not hot -if the oven is not working properly. At times, it will work fine. I have checked the connections to the lower heating element and they seem fine - did not use a multimeter, just a physical check.

Hello, I have a GE Oven JBP76GS2. The broiler element doesn't heat. I replaced it with a new one. Still doesn't heat. In the cleaning mode, neither element heats up. The baking element works. Any ideas?
